What I Do As a 9-5 Worker
After finishing from the University, Getting jobs seems quite difficult. People who promised to help me get job dissapointed me. A lot of promises here and there.
I submitted a lot of Applications here and there hoping I would be contacted. I was never for once contacted.
Meanwhile, I was still hoping and those days I was hoping. There was nothing in my bank account.
I decided to take a teaching Job for a primary school in my area and the rest is history.
Basically, I teach and that is my 9-5 job.
My Experience as a Teacher
Anybody that tells you that making money is easy is a liar. It is not easy especially when you are building from scratch. Sometimes, it will be like the world is against you.
When I started the Job, I realized I will be a class teacher and I will be teaching 15 subjects for a primary class. I teach round the clock and it is only on break times that I have time to rest.
Apart from this, we were told we can't press our phones in the classroom and that except we have emergency, that is when we can make use of our phones.
Also, We were told that we must be writing lesson notes. Imagine you writing lesson notes for 15 subjects and you must also teach.
They expect that you mark their notes as well. The only thing I am thankful for is that the students are not much.
But on the other hand, the work is stressful. The work I am doing there is not easy compared to the amounts I am being paid.
These are the price you pay for building wealth because if you don't do. Nobody else will.
How Much Am I Saving
My savings on a monthly basis differs. Some months I save more and some months I don't save that much.
Though, it shouldn't be this way. A man who is serious in building wealth must be serious about saving more than he saved the previous month.
On monthly Basis, I save a minimum of N5,000 naira. It looks so small right? Of course it looks so small but growth is silent.
What I Invest In?
I Invest in stock exchange market. I wish to buy stocks and bonds.
These are some of the stocks I am buying currently and see the profits I have gained from it;
